Restaurant Operations Management
We are hiring high energy people and leaders to manage all aspects of a restaurant as management. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of ‘TEAM’ to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Leading from the front with regard to Production and Service (daily operations) of the restaurant
- Management of Sales an Profit projections )P&L)
- Food Cost Controls
- People Management including labor budgets, scheduling, training, coaching and development
