Retail Sales & Fan Experience Specialist

This is a great opportunity for college students pursuing business, marketing, or communications degrees to build hands-on experience in retail, sales strategy, and brand representation.

✅ Pre-Requisites

Must be 16 years or older

Sales-driven mindset required – not just friendly, but persuasive and confident in closing the deal

Able to upsell, recommend additional items, and guide the customer through a full sales experience

Strong communication skills and willingness to engage every shopper

Comfortable striking up conversations and turning browsers into buyers

Weekend and holiday availability is essential

Strong knowledge of the sports world – NFL, NBA, NCAA, MLB, etc.

Dependable, professional, and punctual

Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and during major sporting events

Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow

🏬 Responsibilities

Greet customers courteously and create a welcoming environment

Assist customers in finding their favorite team gear

Engage in confident, persuasive sales conversations

Operate the point-of-sale system for purchases, returns, and exchanges

Suggest additional items and drive multi-item sales

Support merchandising and restocking

Contribute to fun, sports-centric content for store social media

Be a team player and complete daily store tasks efficiently
