
Front Desk Personnel
A busy HOA Condo building, a very short distance from the USC campus, is looking to staff their front desk.
Responsibilities:
Has working knowledge of the HOA Rules and Regulations.
Monitor the Front Desk, the Lobby, and keep the building secure.
Interact with homeowners in a professional manner.
Maintain building security by properly logging visitors, packages, and other deliveries.
Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions or concerns.
Forward all unresolved issues to the Community Manager.
Walk the building daily to assess conditions.
Shifts Available:
Saturday / Sunday -
8a - 4p
4p - 12a
(4 hour shifts may be available)
Qualifications:
Two to three years of customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or service industry field, and must have strong customer service skills. Being dependable and detail-oriented are critical.
1. Experience working with demanding clientele is important because the successful applicant will work in an upscale environment (which also happens to be the residents’ home).
2. Strong ability to assess a situation, show good judgment, and resolve conflicts requires being attentive to details with excellent follow-through skills.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills are expected. Computer skills should include Microsoft Office and MS Windows.
On the job requirements require a well-groomed and neat, professional appearance, and be well-mannered; and must be punctual, have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work.
