Re-Bath Job Opening – Part-Time Customer Advocate/Lead Setter

As a family-oriented, locally owned and operated franchise, Re-Bath is looking for candidates in the Columbia area who want to learn, grow, and become a key part of our team! 

 

You never have a second chance to make a first impression. As Lead Setter, you are the first and most critical impression of Re-Bath for our customers. 

 

Part-time position available with the potential to increase your role to full-time.

Preferred work availability on weekends, usually flexible, but roughly 10-3 on Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, warm demeanor with a focus on customer service
  • Professionalism in attire, attitude, and language
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM software (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to detail with effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with customers in their homes
  • Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom
  • Provide support in office administration and customer service
  • Assist with events and local tradeshows as required
