Applications Engineering/Inside Sales Co-op Spring 2019

Co-ops and interns will work in the engineering sales area for valve and regulator parts, simple valve assemblies and process control accessories; will prepare orders for Order Entry, including orders from quotations done by full time Applications Engineers; will process quotations; will handle customer telephone inquiries. Duties also include order tracking, routine order expediting, interfacing with customer, factory, and account managers (outside sales associates). Will help manage customer expectations and factory relationships. Will identify sales and service leads for account managers. Also will assist with updating the Quote-to-Order Tool customer data base. Other duties as required. Familiarity with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's), as well as experience with Word and Excel are desired. Access database experience a plus.
