Team Leader/ Manager

Team Lead / Shift Manager Responsibilities Include:
* Participate in day to day operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
* Be a source of encouragement to team members
* Offer immediate and respectful response to the needs of guests
* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team
* Responsible for maintaining proper cash accountability procedures in the restaurant
* Utilize communication skills to ensure great shift operations
