Wells Fargo’s Women in Technology Intern Forum is designed to encourage and inspire women who have an interest in pursuing a career in Technology. You will have the opportunity to learn from successful women in IT at Wells Fargo who will share their expertise and knowledge to help you become a future leader in Technology and Wells Fargo. During the forum, you’ll develop an understanding of Wells Fargo’s unique values and culture, which you will experience first-hand in your interactions with highly talented team members.

  • Open to all students who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any technology-related major and graduating between December 2019 – May 2022
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future

Technology Intern Program

Internship Programs provide participants with a ten-week orientation to Wells Fargo. The internship experience may include mentoring relationships, relevant work assignments, coaching, real-world training, performance feedback sessions, group projects, and informative learning sessions with key leaders. It is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business, technical and professional developmental training opportunities. Interns will also participate in the Wells Fargo Corporate Intern Program virtual learning series. The virtual learning series exposes interns to other Wells Fargo lines of business and provides a firm understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.

Divisions

Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is at the heart of what enables us to satisfy our more than 75 million global customers’ financial needs and help them succeed financially. The EIT group provides strategic technology-based products, services, and governance for our enterprise business units. EIT helps customers conduct an average of 95 million transactions each day through in-store, online, ATM, and telephone transactions, delivering a true One Wells Fargo experience and ensuring their security, regardless of the channel. Altogether, EIT draws on the talents and motivation of thousands of technology team members across the enterprise, managing world-wide technology for more than 8,600 branches and 13,000 ATMs, making EIT a competitive advantage for Wells Fargo.

Enterprise Information Security (EIS) provides products and services to equip Wells Fargo team members with the tools, knowledge and expert resources to protect Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and sensitive customer information.
