The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Duties will include answering phones, making reservations, guest check in/out, and other duties as assigned. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Marriott or Hilton experience preferred, but will train motivated candidates.
• Maintains knowledge of current room types, rate structures, and features.
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. 
• Dispatches daily maintenance calls and work request orders to Engineering.
• Assists guests with items such as property amenities, directions, information about the area, etc.
• Handles cash and charge transactions, maintains accurate records and balances at the end of each shift.
• Informs housekeeping of checkouts and new arrivals.
• Provides quality service to guests that meets or exceeds expectations by anticipating guest needs. Always maintaining a polite, friendly, professional demeanor and rock star attitude!
• Is a team player and willing to learn in a growing company.
