What do we want you to do?
You will be at the center of the hotel’s universe –the front office. You will have an opportunity to stretch your leadership muscles and participate in our year-long leadership training program. The program includes participation in Stephen Covey's 7 Habit's 2 day program, group mentorship, and a customized development plan designed to align with your career goals. In addition, you’ll get a glimpse of the business side of the front office: staffing, scheduling, and expense management are all also vital pieces of your development and growth as a leader.
Who are you?
- Our fast-paced environment requires that you communicate clearly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- You’ll know how to handle cash responsibly and reliably, and you'll be able to use the tools of the trade: computers, databases, and property management systems.
- You will have a degree in hospitality management, and some experience working in a hotel or food and beverage.
