TRAIL Rotational Program

Summary:
 
The Management Trainee will complete multiple phases as part of the TRAIL (Tools Required to Advance Into Leadership) Program. This position consists of short term rotational assignments within a given business line to perform all necessary production or support roles while building the leadership and technical competencies necessary for sustaining future management success. After successful completion of the TRAIL Program, participants will be prepared for success in a Supervisor/ Management role or an individual contributor position.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position.
·        Receives training and performs duties in several functions which may include but are not limited to: accounting, collections, customer service, or operations in order to become familiar with line and staff functions, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices.
·        Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
·        May be required to attend company sponsored training classes or attain required certifications.
