Summer Internship - Vacation Rentals Assistant
Pawleys Island Realty in Pawleys Island, SC is taking applications for a paid summer internship to assist our busy Vacation Rentals department. This is a wonderful opportunity for a student pursuing a career in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the aptitude to complete multiple administrative tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Duties of the position include:
· Greeting visitors and answering phones in the front office.
· Creating check-in packets and assisting with guest check-in.
· Documenting and resolving issues from guests and homeowners.
· Communicating issues and requests to maintenance and housekeeping by creating work orders.
· Work on Saturdays.
· Other duties as needed, must have driver’s license.
Interns will gain valuable insight and experience in customer service and the vacation rental industry.
