Human Systems (HR) Intern
Complete special projects and perform a variety of assignments within Human Systems to assist department(s) in reaching goals that help intern learn about the financial services industry.
Areas Include:
Benefits (HR background preferred)
Compensation (Data/Analytics background preferred)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Learn a wide range of concepts, programs and services designed to prepare for assignments in any area of the organization.
2. Develop and enhance the following skills:
a. Analytical and decision making skills
b. Effective communications skills;
c. Management skills.
3. Complete special projects or assignments that assist department in its mission and help intern learn about the corporate environment.
4. Collaborate with manager and other members of the team to discuss recommendations for improved department and company efficiency.
5. Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.
6. Provide the Perfect Client Experience to our external clients during any training or shadowing events.
Required Skills and Competencies:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Rising junior or senior, working towards the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology/Information Systems, Computer Science, or internship-related field, or advanced degree at an accredited college or university
2. Minimum 3.2 GPA
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Desired Skills:
1. A strong interest in pursuing financial services as a career
2. Previous financial services work experience or internship
3. Demonstrated flexibility through managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
4. Demonstrated leadership aptitude
