Legal Assistant

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Daily communication with clients via email and telephone
-Communication with other departments
-File Review; Document request, review, and preparation
-Interpretation of collateral documents and title reports
-Handle workloads as allocated by reports and email request

Requirements:
Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
-Basic mortgage industry comprehension skills
-Must be adaptable and quick to learn, critical thinker
-Navigate real time update online systems
-Must work well within Microsoft Office
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self motivated and works with a sense of urgency
-Must be able to meet strict deadlines and adhere to various lender timeline metrics
Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may change, must be flexible and able to handle changes.
