Management Analyst - Public Works

The purpose of this senior-level analyst position is to manage the strategic planning, fiscal, analytical, and reporting functions of the Public Works Department by supervising a team of analysts; providing advanced analysis, research, and reporting with implications for decision-making; developing and managing the annual departmental budget; developing and evaluating strategic plans and performance management programs; and managing high-interest projects and special initiatives from start to finish, including policy development and implementation, operational reviews, cross-departmental teams, and system improvements.
