Academic Advisor Intern

We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for online education and is highly motivated and committed to growth and excellence to join our academic advisor team.

Academic Advisor & Analyst Internship-3 months(WFH)

Basic Qualifications
  • Junior and senior students majoring in business, marketing, economics, or related fields
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with basic tools (Microsoft Office, Google Drive Suite, Zoom)
  • Good self-management skills
  • Eager to learn and grow with a fast-growing company

Prior Qualifications
  • A good presentation skill
  • A good understanding of the EdTech industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in sales/counseling/customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties:
  • Research on the education industry and potential competitors
  • Grasp acknowledge of Company’s current products and services
  • Maintain an organized usage of the Company’s tools, including CRM, Google Drive Suite, daily tracker, etc
  • Initiate connected conversations with potential customers
  • Create basic cold email and cold call templates
  • Develop strategic academic planning to ensure all targets are met and exceeded
  • Identify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling
  • Provide excellent client service and help resolve client questions or concerns
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and the operation team on customer transition
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Follow up on relevant business opportunities
  • Work closely and report directly to the company’s director
