As an intern of the Project Management Office (PMO) & Compliance, the core competency is supporting the Program Manager and Business Process Managers to apply best practices for Portfolio and Project Management processes and tools. In addition, provide key technology and reporting support to PMO to drive discipline, efficiency, and standardization. Responsible for supporting a common set of best practices, principles, reports, and templates for Portfolio, Project Management. Provide key support in areas of report consolidation, monitoring and control. In addition, support and/or drive PMO initiatives, attend to queries regarding governance, standards and quality expectations.

A successful candidate will follow simple Skills & Tasks:
    * Follows established processes and checklists.
    * Understand sand applies basic concepts.
    * Assist more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities.
    * Complete tasks individually and also as team participant
    * Seek guidance when needed but requires moderate guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, and/or managers
    * Have a basic understanding of IT specific Operations support.

Primary Responsibilities:
    * Execute program management office action items that include analysis, project coordination and Coordinate, execute, and track projects according to delivery schedule

Qualifications:
    * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or Management of Information Systems and completed your junior year of studies (2022 graduate)
    * Experience making presentations, both written and verbal, to key stakeholders
    * Experience with Project/Program Management
