As an Intern, you will actively support the strategy and execution of the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) Program’s social media activities.  You will assist with multiple consumer protection projects including awareness and education campaigns, social media channels, blog content, and content library updates. You will work closely with other internal departments to coordinate, develop, and monitor social media content and campaigns that provide fraud education, awareness, and outreach to consumers. You will write blog articles and social media content, also work on related projects and /or assignments as needed, and support teammates with day-to-day activities.
Whilst you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to research and create blog articles

  • Ideally pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field

  • Experience in social media channels, content, analytics, and execution

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
