Client Service Team intern
We are seeking energetic, motivated students, who are interested in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate would have strong interpersonal skills and an interest in gaining experience in an environment that combines consulting services and software development for banks and other financial institutions.
Specific Qualifications Include:
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, computer science, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in financial modeling
- Experience/willingness to learn the SQL language
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- If Accounting Major, must have completed at least one 400 level accounting course
- Rising Junior or Senior preferred
- Schedule flexible based on class schedule; 15-25 hours/week
Position Description: Interns are responsible for assisting other team members with client service projects, including but not limited to:
- Due diligence/Day 1 valuation projects
- Monthly processing for day 2 accounting clients
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Participate in quality assurance testing in the agile software development environment
- Data cleanup and analysis
- Learn the financial services industry and risk management software implementation
