Graduate Intern for Employer Relations

The Graduate Intern for Employer Relations is an important member of the Career Center's Employer Relations Team.  This person helps to manage special projects in order to ensure that the team has meaningful connections with employers.  The Career Center is a full-service center that helps students to prepare for their internship and job search.  The Employer Relations team is responsible for maintaining meaningful relationships with recruiters and employers to assist students in securing employment.  

Job Duties:
  • Compile the employer newsletter
  • Create/Monitor employer photo profiles on Career Center Social Media channels 
  • Create Partner program flat screen profiles
  • Create and analyze assessment data from employer relations programs
  • Assist with the Career Center’s Etiquette Dinner
  • Work on employer relations special projects to include the Employer Recruitment Conference
  • Compile benchmarking data
  • Track & Record Data  (Handshake, Excel)
  • Run Handshake reports
  • Assist with logistics for employer visits & outreach (history agendas, folders, emails and presentations)
