Legal Runner

Thomas Law Firm is seeking motivated, organized, and hard-working candidates with a positive attitude and good work ethic to fill the responsibilities of “Legal Runner.” Successful candidates will be self-motivated, demonstrate excellence in customer service and a flexible schedule. 

This is a part-time position ideal for collegiate students with flexible schedules. Under general supervision, runners will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and hosting clients

• Transporting files, packages, deposits, mail and lunch orders 

• Organization and maintenance of office environment 

• General administrative duties including answering phones, taking messages, making copies, filing, mail distribution, etc. 

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have an automobile in good condition, a clean driving record/license and valid auto insurance. Ability to work 15+ hours per week. Positions available for summer and fall positions. At least one character/work reference required. Interest in legal field not required.
